Shipping policy
We aim to dispatch all UK orders from our warehouse within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
For international orders, we work with DHL and Amazon Logistics to provide fast, reliable, fully tracked delivery worldwide. Delivery times below are estimates provided by our courier partners.

*Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm GMT for next working day delivery. Dispatches take place Monday–Friday, and weekend delivery is not guaranteed.
Express delivery to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands and Isle of Man is a 2-day service.
EUROPE
European orders are shipped from our German warehouse via DHL/Amazon Logistics. Duties and taxes are handled at checkout.

TRACKING
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking link. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

LOST ITEMS
A parcel is considered lost after 14 days for UK orders or 20 working days for international orders. We’re unable to issue a replacement or refund before this period has passed.
