SHIPPING POLICY

We do our best to dispatch all orders from our UK Warehouse within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). 

For international orders, we have partnered with DHL/Amazon Logistics so we can now ship globally with fast, reliable tracked deliveries to any destination.

The below transit times are estimates provided by the courier companies. We monitor the performance of the couriers closely and the vast majority of orders are delivered within the timeframes below.

UNITED KINGDOM

* Orders must be placed before 12:00 pm GMT for targeted next working day UK delivery. Please note that despatches only take place Monday to Friday and that deliveries are not guaranteed to take place on weekends.

DPD next day isn’t available on orders from the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands, and Isle of Man, there is an express courier option at checkout but it is a 2-day service.

EUROPE

All European orders are sent from our German warehouse via our global shipping partner DHL/Amazon Logistics to ensure that all duties and taxes are taken care of at the point of order.

TRACKING

After your order has been shipped you will receive an email that contains the link to the online tracking of the chosen delivery service.

Please be aware that it might take up to 24 hours from the receipt of your shipping confirmation email before the online tracking is visible.

FREE RETURNS

We’re happy to offer a free exchange or refund on undamaged items, for more information go to the Returns page.

LOST ITEMS

The delivery services will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in the postal system for a period of 14 days for UK orders and 20 working days for international orders. Although it is unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time, we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered an item that may not fit in your post box, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.
